Editorial policy
These rules apply to every page on this site.
We describe, we do not promote
We publish objective information about hospitals: what services they offer, what they publish about prices, where they are, how to contact them. We do not compare hospitals with each other, praise their equipment, or suggest that treatment at one hospital will turn out better than at another.
No outcome claims
We do not publish cure rates, success rates or "guaranteed" results. Where a hospital publishes outcome data, we may link to it and say who published it.
Educational pages stay educational
Pages that explain a test or a treatment do not point you to a particular hospital or carry booking buttons for one.
Sponsored content
We do not currently accept payment from hospitals. If that ever changes, paid placements will be labelled "Sponsored" and will not change the order of any list.
Corrections
If you find an error, write to our contact address (to be published before launch). We correct factual errors and note the date of the correction on the page.
