We collect as little as we can, and we never ask for medical records through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, your email address or WhatsApp number, your country, the type of care you are interested in, your preferred city and timing, and anything you write in the message box. Please do not include diagnoses, test results or medical records in the message.
We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address for a short time to stop spam. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts on our enquiry pages.
How it is protected
Your contact details and message are encrypted before they are stored. Notification emails to our team do not contain your details; staff must sign in to read them.
Sharing
We do not share your enquiry with any hospital or partner unless you agree to it for that specific hospital or partner. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted 12 months after they arrive unless you become a client. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to our contact address (to be published before launch).
